Courses conducted by our Remote Pilot Training Organisation (RPTO) will shape you into a certified agricultural drone pilot. Theory classes, ground training, simulator practice, and live flight training are all included.
The Drone Service Technician (or Drone Service Engineer) course is a skill-oriented vocational training program designed to prepare candidates for repairing, assembling, maintaining, and troubleshooting unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
This certification specifically authorizes pilots to legally operate drones weighing between 2 kg and 25 kg (the "Small Category"), which covers the majority of commercial unmanned aircraft used in surveying, mapping, agriculture, inspections, and aerial photography.
Learn aviation rules, weather conditions, and airspace regulations.
An explanation of the drone's various components and how they function.
Practice on the simulator and ground control station training.
Supervised practice flying an actual drone.
Final examination and the DGCA certificate issuance process.
The Drone Repair & Maintenance course is a practical, hands-on training program designed to equip individuals with the technical skills to assemble, diagnose, service, and repair unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
Unlike pure hardware repair courses, this discipline combines remote network/data telemetry monitoring (including 5G/LTE connected drones) with proactive physical maintenance to prevent flight failures and maximize fleet operational lifespan.
The Drone Operator (Multirotor) course is a skill-oriented training program aligned with NSQF Level 4 under the Aerospace & Aviation Sector Skill Council (AASSC).
drone pilot training, this course focuses specifically on leveraging agricultural drones for liquid spraying (pesticides, nano-urea, bio-fertilizers), multispectral crop health mapping, and farm data collection.
Learn the art of capturing stunning aerial photos and videos using drones. This course covers drone camera settings, flight techniques, composition, lighting, safety regulations, and post-processing basics. Gain hands-on experience in shooting landscapes, real estate, agriculture, events, and commercial projects. By the end of the course, you'll be able to confidently operate a camera drone and create high-quality aerial content for personal or professional use.
The Drone Photography Course is designed to help beginners and professionals master the skills of capturing high-quality aerial photos and videos. The course includes drone operation, camera settings, aerial composition, flight planning, safety regulations, and basic photo/video editing. Through practical training, participants will learn to create professional aerial content for agriculture, real estate, construction, tourism, events, inspections, and media production.
The RGB Data Processor Course provides hands-on training in processing and analyzing RGB (Red, Green, Blue) drone imagery for mapping and visual interpretation. Participants will learn how to import, organize, process, and generate orthomosaic maps, digital surface models (DSM), and visual reports using industry-standard photogrammetry software. The course also covers image quality assessment, georeferencing, data management, and report generation for applications in agriculture, land surveying, construction, mining, infrastructure inspection, and environmental monitoring.
The Thermal Data Processing Course is designed to train participants in processing, analyzing, and interpreting thermal drone imagery using industry-standard software. The course covers thermal image calibration, temperature analysis, radiometric data processing, hotspot detection, report generation, and thermal map creation. Participants will gain practical experience in applications such as solar panel inspections, electrical infrastructure monitoring, industrial equipment inspection, building diagnostics, agriculture, environmental monitoring, and search & rescue operations.
### LiDAR Data Processing Course
The LiDAR Data Processing Course is designed to provide comprehensive training in processing, analyzing, and interpreting LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) data collected using drones and other surveying platforms. Participants will learn point cloud processing, data classification, Digital Elevation Model (DEM) and Digital Terrain Model (DTM) generation, contour mapping, 3D modeling, volume calculations, and feature extraction using industry-standard LiDAR software. The course includes practical applications in land surveying, construction, mining, forestry, infrastructure development, power line inspection, and urban planning, enabling participants to produce accurate geospatial datasets and professional reports.
